Shipping Information

We usually dispatch Orders within 24-48 Hours (subject to Item being in stock and Payment is received in full). Delivery times are estimations only and are provided by the Carrier. 

Delivery to a PO Box is only permitted by using Australia Post Services. CouriersPlease & TNT will not deliver to PO Boxes.

IMS Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of goods, delivery failures or delays by the carrier or causes outside our reasonable control. If any Delivery Problems should occur, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will help to find a solution.

Track your item

Tracking Details (where applicable) will be provided once Goods have been dispatched. If any Assistance with Tracking is required, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

Carrier Options

We use Australia Post, TNT and CouriersPlease.

Due to lengthy delivery times, Customers in W.A., N.T or North QLD may consider an Express Option with either Australia Post or TNT.
