How to Order...

Orders can be placed via email, order form or by calling us on 03 8742 7000.

Once an Order is placed & received, we will email our Tax Invoice which includes all available Payment Options. If no reply is received from us within 24 Hours, please check your Junk Folder and/or contact us. 

All Orders must be paid in full before goods can be dispatched.

All "Made to Order" Products must be paid in full before manufacturing starts.

We usually dispatch within 1 Business Day (only for goods which are in stock) and provide you with the Tracking Details.

If an Item should be out of stock, we will advise immediately.

Provided ETAs are estimations only given by the Manufacturer and can vary due to production delay/shipping delay. IMS Pty Ltd will inform you, if any interruptions should occur.

Accepted Payment Options

Visa/Master Card over the Phone, Bank Transfer, Cash or Card on Pick Up.

Paypal is currently not available.
