Refund, Exchange and Credit

We do not give refunds if you:

• simply change your mind (this includes when the consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has bought a gift that is unsuitable or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods)

• make a wrong decision

We DO give refund, exchange or credit where:

• goods are faulty

• have been wrongly described

• are different from a sample shown to you

• do not do what they supposed to

IMS Pty Ltd. must to be notified within 48 hours of receiving goods, if there are any manufacturing faults, mistakes or other problems with the product you've purchased and received.

Please retain your Tax Invoice/Receipt for proof of purchase.

Purpose of Goods

Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use

Under 18

Orders can only be placed with IMS Pty Ltd by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18/21 as legislated in your state of residence.

IMS Pty Ltd is controlled in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
